Our team delivered a full-scale roofing solution for a multi-residential apartment complex in Glasgow City Centre, requiring essential roofing upgrades to enhance durability and weather resistance.
Our works included the stripping and replacement of the roof covering the field area and roof balconies. This involved removing the existing roofing system, surface preparation, and installing a high-performance waterproof membrane to improve longevity and performance. This project was carried out from November 2022 to February 2023.
The project began with a comprehensive roof condition survey conducted by our consultation department. This assessment identified areas of wear and damage, leading to the development of a tailored re-roofing proposal. The client used our findings to initiate a competitive tendering process, where we successfully secured the contract.
