FACILITY: East Park School

LOCATION: Glasgow

SERVICE: Full re-roofing project in a residential school environment.

BRIEF:

Our consultation process allowed us to liaise directly with the school, architect and main contractor which identified the long standing issues associated with the school buildings. This ensured the correct choice of materials and design could be implemented while working within the school's budget. 

OUTCOME:

Careful planning and co-ordination was essential to comply with the school's procedures and policies and ensured minimal disruption to this fully operational residential school.

During the re-roofing project, our height service department designed and installed a man-safe system which provides the school with a compliant safe system of work for future maintenance contractors.

The full project was successfully carried out within the agreed programme of 20 weeks with minimal disruption and within budget.
