It was established a drone and invasive survey would be the best option to understand the overall condition of the roof slates, fixings and details. 

OUTCOME:

The information received from the survey allowed the clients Architect to form a strategic planned approach to upgrade the roof in stages, allowing the client to budget accordingly and ensuring continuity of upgrades, maximising on the level of works in locations where access scaffold was essential.
