Glasgow city centre project

Outstanding work carried out by our team on a Glasgow city centre project. Grant assisted from Glasgow Heritage Trust, working in conjunction with Helix Building Surveyors and James Gibb factors.

The project consisted of circa 350m2 full strip and re-slate, asbestos felt removal, full timber repairs, full lead upgrade and chimney restoration. 

We were tasked with carefully reclaiming the original slates for use on the front elevation, with the remainder of the roof completed with Cupa H3 Spanish slates.

New falls and steps were formed in the valley gutters to comply with LSA guidelines.

Fantastic workmanship and planned co-ordination displayed from the entire team, ensuring the project was delivered within programme and more importantly, within budget.
